I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping people as a counselor. I’ve worked in the community since 1992 and in private practice since 2017.

Utilizing practical tools rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help individuals and couples work through difficult times and make lasting changes to their lived experience.

At your first appointment, we will review together how the process works, review confidentiality and consent to treatment and begin to explore the issues or concerns that brought you to seek counseling.

When your first appointment is scheduled an email will be sent to you asking you to complete some  information about your medical and mental health history. You’ll be asked to either email it back before your appointment or to bring it with you to your first session.
